A 2700 sqft bay on the ground level of hotel complex must be developed into a space that functions as a more traditional coffee house during the day and a hybrid business that serves coffee-based alcoholic drinks into the evening and late-night hours. It must efficiently house ordering, pickup, and sit-down zones, as well as a merchandising area for miscellaneous homewares and specialty goods. It must then seamlessly transition to serve a faster paced, louder, more nightlife driven crowd and accompanying atmosphere

Energy, in every living thing. Untapped or entirely used. Empowering or demoralizing.

Vital emotions that fleet and return, contrast and coexist, are the inspiration behind the Sekushitora brand, and must therefore also be for its physical home.

The space will comfort and envelop in the morning with rich, warm colors. It will
invigorate in the evening with striking textures and electric patterns. It will be as much an encouragement for freedom and expression, as it will be a safe haven – a home.
